The Atma - the true self - comes from yoga philosophy. The Atma Space is a small studio with the focus on maintaining a safe and sacred place for you to let go, shed layers of experience, and enjoy a sense of true belonging. Yoga is a lifestyle to be practiced and cultivated, not just an exercise program.
Private yoga, 1-on-1 instruction, can have whatever focus you'd like such as learning more about yoga philosophy, breath work (pranayama), advancing your postures (asanas), or building your confidence for group classes.
My yoga certifications include 200 hours of Hatha Yoga, and 15 hours in Yin Yoga. I have experience teaching power, restorative, vinyasa, and I have spent the majority of my teaching time with beginner students.
60 Minute yoga lesson: A great option if you are brand new to the yoga practice, have a specific goal in mind, or want to see how private yoga works without a commitment.
4 lesson package: 4, 60 minute lessons tailored to you and designed to invite some challenge and growth in order to help you meet your yoga goals.
